100% Completion Checklist — Endings, Collectibles, Trophies

A complete checklist for finishing The Blood of Dawnwalker to 100% in a single campaign: 7 endings, missable trophies, collectible counts (11 towers, 5 Brencis banners, 8 villages, 10 transports, 111 shrines, 13 ancient circles, 15 bandit camps, 6 curious houses, 4 haunted sites, 32 monster lairs), and the side-quest chain prerequisites.

You do not need seven playthroughs. The Blood of Dawnwalker’s 100% completion is designed around a single campaign plus a save/reload strategy at the ending branch point. This page is the master checklist — every category of completion, every missable, and the prerequisites that lock you out if you start them wrong.

The general approach (per PowerPyx): finish the prologue, climb the 11 towers to mark all map activities, run the three Court Activities to draw out the three vampire officers, defeat them in any order, then save at the ending branch and reload to see all seven endings. Manual saves are mandatory — the game does not give you a free-roam post-credits save, and most of the missable trophies are gated by the order you complete certain quest chains.

How to avoid locking yourself out

The single biggest mistake players make is starting a side quest and not finishing it before triggering the 30-day deadline. Some side quests become unavailable the moment their prerequisites are not met or the deadline passes. This is the only category of content that can permanently fail.

Three rules of thumb:

  1. Save before starting any quest marked with an hourglass icon. Time-advanced quests cannot be retried after the deadline.
  2. Do not kill non-hostile NPCs, vendors, or quest givers. Killing enemies is fine. Killing named NPCs locks entire questlines.
  3. Keep two manual saves: one “anchor” save at the end of the prologue, and one “branch” save at the A Deal with the Devil / Midnight Reckoning / Rise at Dawn fork (after defeating the three officers). All seven endings can be reached from the branch save by reloading.

If you do all three, 100% completion is achievable on a single playthrough. The exceptions are the trophy “Curiouser and Curiouser” (requires the two optional Crake quests Distant Shadows and A Closer Look, see below) and the “Duelist on Uphill Battle” trophy, which is awarded by completing the game on Duelist difficulty. The latter is a difficulty challenge, not a content checklist.

Endings checklist (7 total)

Endings are detailed in guides/all-endings-and-secret-epilogue/. The short version for 100%:

  1. The Turncoat — accept Brencis’s deal
  2. The Folk Hero — defeat Brencis without an ally
  3. The Patricide — defeat Brencis with Lacra
  4. The Knyazmaker — defeat Brencis with Crake
  5. A Hero They Deserve — leave Vale Sangora (broken bridge, Briar Sloughs NW corner, requires Corruption 11 + Shadow Dweller 2)
  6. Together Forever — get trapped with the family during Home Sweet Home
  7. Time Runs Out — let the 30-day clock expire (no trophy)

Save once at the A Deal with the Devil branch (after Ambrus → Bakir → Xanthe and the Lacra / Crake quest prerequisites). Reload to grab each of the four main endings. The two secret endings can be triggered before committing to the finale. Time Runs Out is the only one that requires letting the deadline pass — do it last on a fresh save.

Trophy checklist

The following trophies are gated by content (not difficulty) and can be tracked with this checklist:

TrophyHow to earn
The TurncoatAccept Brencis’s deal
The Folk HeroDefeat Brencis solo
The PatricideLacra route, defeat Brencis
The KnyazmakerCrake route, defeat Brencis
A Hero They DeserveLeave Vale Sangora
Together ForeverGet trapped during Home Sweet Home
Bird’s-Eye ViewClimb all 11 towers
Capture the FlagFind all 5 Brencis banners
Tour Guide TrainingVisit all 8 villages / settlements
Delivery DelayDestroy all 10 Vrakhirī transports
Curiouser and CuriouserComplete Distant Shadows and A Closer Look during Crake’s questline
Uphill BattleComplete the game on Duelist difficulty
Family Forever (romance trophy)Complete one romanceable companion’s questline

The “Curiouser and Curiouser” trophy is the easiest to miss because the two quests are marked as optional in the quest log. PowerPyx flags them explicitly: do them after “Who Pulls the Strings” and before “Rise at Dawn.”

The romance trophies are not in the list above because they depend on which companion the player chose to focus on. Each romanceable companion (Anca, Lacra, Crake, Marat) has a different trophy and a different quest chain.

Collectible checklist

The 11 towers are the priority because each one you climb marks more activities on the world map. The PowerPyx 100% wiki recommends climbing all 11 within the first few in-game days so the rest of the collectible hunt is driven by the map rather than by memory.

In approximate order of priority:

  1. Towers (11) — unlocks map markers for everything else
  2. Shrines (111) — fast travel points, also the only place you can respec skills
  3. Villages (8) — Tour Guide Training trophy + vendor locations
  4. Brencis’s Banners (5) — Capture the Flag trophy
  5. Vrakhirī Transports (10) — Delivery Delay trophy, fast combat encounters
  6. Bandit Camps (15) — combat encounters with named enemies
  7. Monster Lairs (32) — combat encounters
  8. Ancient Circles (13) — puzzle encounters
  9. Haunted Sites (4) — story-adjacent encounters
  10. Curious Houses (6) — loot-focused encounters
  11. Person in Danger events (14) — open-world rescue side events

The two that are easy to leave behind until late are Person in Danger events (white “person” icons on the map, revealed by climbing towers) and Curious Houses (small buildings with unusual architecture). PowerPyx recommends Shapeshift or Mercurial Fervor traversal to move quickly between them.

Quest chain checklist (essentials only)

There are dozens of side quests and several required chains. The ones that are most likely to cause lockout if mishandled:

Quest chainOwnerMissable?Trophy
Esme’s medicine (prologue)EsmeYesFamily Forever if failed
The Firebrand → Under Watchful Eyes → Taking Back What’s MineCrake / LacraNo (multiple branches)Required for both ally endings
Shadows in the WoodsCrake / LacraNoRequired for both ally endings
Where Loyalty LiesCrakeNoRequired for Knyazmaker
What Hunts the NightCrakeNoRequired for Knyazmaker
What Moves the DeadCrakeNoRequired for Knyazmaker
Who Pulls the StringsCrakeNoRequired for Knyazmaker
Distant Shadows (optional)CrakeYesCuriouser and Curiouser
A Closer Look (optional)CrakeYesCuriouser and Curiouser
Rise at Dawn (ending)CrakeNoKnyazmaker

The Gilded Gauntlet → The Bittersweet ToastAmbrus (Court)NoRequired to draw out Ambrus
The Lunar Game → The RingBakir (Court)NoRequired to draw out Bakir
The Cycle of LoveXanthe (Court)NoRequired to draw out Xanthe

The two “Yes” rows are the most-missed. Do not skip Distant Shadows and A Closer Look on your trophy run. Both are required for the Curiouser and Curiouser trophy and they become unavailable after Rise at Dawn begins.

What is not in this checklist

This page focuses on content completion. Difficulty-specific trophies (Uphill Battle on Duelist, the “complete without dying” trophies if they exist in the final version) require a separate strategy and are out of scope here. The wiki will add a guides/duelist-difficulty-strategy/ page once we have enough verified player data.

The 480 Action Point economy (a leaked mechanic mentioned in some pre-release coverage) is also out of scope here because it is no longer the current system in the shipping 1.0.3 build — PowerPyx’s 100% wiki, written after launch, does not reference it.

Verified working as of: 2026-09-08. Built from PowerPyx’s 100% Completion Wiki (2026-09-02), Trophy Guide (2026-09-02), Walkthrough (2026-09-02), and All Side Quests Guide (2026-09-02). Cross-referenced with the endings guide (guides/all-endings-and-secret-epilogue/) and the launch issues page (updates/launch-known-issues-and-workarounds/). If you find a count that contradicts the in-game tally, the in-game value wins. Send corrections to wiki feedback.
